The Leadership Team of Women in the Environment are selected each December to serve for the following two years. Any member in good standing is eligible to serve on the Board. The WE Board meets monthly to conduct business meetings and plan upcoming events. Women in the Environment encourages participation and leadership growth in its members, and therefore promotes all women serving in diverse roles across the environmental sector across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
