Thank you to everyone who joined us last week at Rudy’s BBQ in Arlington as we kicked off 2025. We had a great turn out with a lot of great ideas and great plans in the works. We hope you will join with Women in the Environment this year as we work together, volunteer together, and learn together. We focused in on some big causes that are important to our members, specifically water conservation, trash/litter cleanup opportunities, and native plants and gardening. We had great representation from cities, other non-profits, consultants, writers, researchers, and many other fields. One of the first things we want to accomplish this year is to create a resource list for our members on how/where to get involved in their local area. We have many great activities in the works this year, and if you have an idea, please reach out to us! We’re excited and fired up about 2025 and hope you will join us this year.
